Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and New York all declared state of emergencies on Friday as snow dumped on the Northeast, and gusting winds swept through the region.
A man fights struggles to keep his umbrella thought the wind as two winter storms converge on the northeast on February 8, 2013 in New York City. Millions of people in the Northeast are bracing today for what forecasters said could be the biggest blizzard in a century.
