Egyptians raid Israeli Embassy in Cairo (13 images)

Nearly 1,000 Egyptian demonstrators gathered outside the Israeli embassy in Cairo on September 9, 2011. Demonstrators attacked a protective wall built to protect the embassy with hammers and a large metal bars, while military police nearby did nothing to stop them. Israel has become a focus of protest since Israeli forces killed five Egyptian security officers in the Sinai three weeks ago.
