The art project is part of the non-profit Portraits of Hope, an organization devoted to creating public art installations as creative therapy for children. "We want to help revitalize MacArthur Park and reintroduce this area of the city to people of Los Angeles," said Bernie Massery. "This is a historic park in the middle of the city.
