"Mad Men" took the honors for Outstanding Drama Series for the fourth straight year, with "Modern Family" grabbed the same award for Outstanding Comedy and two of the stars of "Mildred Pierce," Kate Winslet and Guy Pearce, grabbed acting accolades in this year's Emmy Awards, hosted by Jane Lynch from "Glee."
