Chaman is in the Balochistan part of Pakistan and is the crossing point for U.S. vehicles and supplies leaving Afghanistan to Karachi. Poverty levels are increasing As NATO Troops leave Afghanistan and the Afghan youth resort to waiting for the garbage trucks to arrive with a fresh load of trash in the hopes of finding something useable to take home to their families.
