HAMILTON, Ohio, May 15 (UPI) -- Two Ohio teenagers accused of torturing a mentally disabled teen have been ordered held under $1 million bonds and will be tried as adults.

The accused couple -- Cheyenne Blanton, 17, and Joseph Nagle, 16, both of Hamilton, Ohio -- have long juvenile records, The Cincinnati Enquire reported Thursday. They were accused of torturing Ashley Clark, now 19, for hours at her Hanover Township home Feb. 22.

Clark was tied up, beaten with a baseball bat, kicked, robbed and had her hair shorn down to a stubble, the newspaper said. Her parents said she fears the defendants will attack her again.
