LONDON, May 10 (UPI) --

Anderson told authorities as many as three girls made threatening comments to her outside her home and then poured a foul smelling liquid into her mailbox.
"The methods for making these liquid explosives are all over the Internet. They could have gone away and looked them and made them quite easily," a police official said.
