Diana inquest hears of Fayed's girlfriend

LONDON, Feb. 7 (UPI) -- Dodi Fayed's girlfriend accused him of having sex with her at night while seducing Princess Diana during the day, the British inquest into Diana's death heard.

The transcript of a telephone call between Kelly Fisher and Fayed was read out in court on Wednesday, The Daily Telegraph reported. Fisher, a former underwear model, called Fayed in 1997 after leaving St. Tropez, where the princess was Fayed's guest.

Fayed died with Diana in a car crash in Paris in August 1997. Mohammed al-Fayed, Dodi's father and the owner of Harrods in London and the Ritz Hotel in Paris, has accused British intelligence agents of arranging the crash to prevent a marriage between his son and the princess.

A furious Fisher accused Fayed of promising her marriage and then keeping her on a string after he met Diana.

"You even flew me down to St Tropez to sit on a boat while you seduced Diana all day," she said.

"No, no. I didn't do that," Fayed answered.

Fisher testified last month that Fayed had given her an engagement ring. His father says that is not true.
