Two men arrested in swastika vandalism

NASSAU, N.Y., Sept. 3 (UPI) -- A teenager and a man have been arrested in Nassau, N.Y., after allegedly painting the town with swastikas.

Police said that between Friday and Saturday, Matthew Felicetti, 17, and John Rocissano, 20, painted swastikas at two schools, a synagogue and a home and a street sign in a residential neighborhood, New York Newsday reported.

They were arrested separately Saturday afternoon, added the police.

Felicetti was charged with five counts of aggravated harassment in the first degree, four counts of criminal mischief in the third degree and four counts of criminal mischief in the fourth degree, while Rocissano was charged with eight counts of aggravated harassment in the first degree, seven counts of criminal mischief in the third degree and five counts of criminal mischief in the fourth degree, police said.
