WASHINGTON, Aug. 8 (UPI) -- The White House released a summary of U.S. President George Bush’s medical history Wednesday, with his doctors saying he is "fit for duty."

The doctors’ report said Bush "remains in excellent health and is 'fit for duty.' All data suggest that he will remain so for the duration of his presidency."

The president, 61, remains in the "superior" fitness grade for men his age (in the top 3 percent for men 60-64).

The report also said the president has a "low" to "very low" risk profile for coronary artery disease.

His allergies are "well controlled," and he is recovering from serious sinusitis (inflammation of the sinuses).

Bush also has skin lesions consistent with sun damage and should use sunscreen and a wide-brimmed hat, the report said.
