MLB: San Francisco 4, Philadelphia 3

SAN FRANCISCO, May 11 (UPI) -- Steve Holm's first big-league homer, a two-run shot Sunday, powered San Francisco to a 4-3 win over the Philadelphia Phillies.

Holm's blast over the left-field wall off J.C. Romero, erased a 3-2 Philadelphia lead.

Bernie Molina doubled and scored a pair of runs for the Giants.

Reliever Jack Taschner (2-0) pitched a scoreless seventh and got the win.

Ryan Howard hit an RBI triple for the Phillies, who have lost three of four games.

Romero (3-1) was the loser.
