SAN DIEGO, May 11 (UPI) -- Khalil Greene bashed a two-run home run for San Diego, breaking a scoreless tie in the fifth inning Sunday en route to a 6-1 win over Colorado.

Scott Hairston hit a solo homer, and Tadahito Iguchi had three hits and an RBI for the Padres.

Winning pitcher Chris Young (3-3) allowed a run on five hits in six innings.

The Rockies' Greg Reynolds (0-1), called up before the game for his first start in the major leagues, was tagged for four runs on six hits in 5 2/3 innings.

Hairston's homer leading off the fifth put the Padres ahead and Green's shot in the sixth helped build the lead to 4-0.
