COLUMBUS, Ohio, March 26 (UPI) --
Fredrik Norrena made 17 saves Wednesday to record his second shutout of the year and carry the Columbus Blue Jackets to a 4-0 victory over Chicago.
Clay Wilson and Jiri Novotny both had a goal and an assist to help the Blue Jackets end a three-game losing streak, during which they had been outscored 10-2.
The Blackhawks, who have not been to the playoffs in six years, are six points out of a post-season spot with five games remaining. Columbus is one point behind Chicago.
Joakim Lindstrom opened the scoring at 4:49 of the second period with a slapshot that got past a screened Nikolai Khabibulin.
