Lou Williams came off the bench Wednesday to hit eight of 13 shots from the field and scored 23 points to lead the Philadelphia 76ers past Chicago 121-99.
Philadelphia, which began the evening in sixth place in the Eastern Conference, won its third straight.
Andre Iguodala added 21 points, Thaddeus Young had 20 and Andre Miller handed out a season-best 18 assists.
The Bulls, whose playoff hopes are slipping away, lost for the fourth time in five games. Chicago fell three games behind Atlanta for the final playoff berth in the East.
Thabo Sefolosha led Chicago with 20 points and Kirk Hinrich had 18.
Philadelphia opened the game on a 14-4 run and then had a 12-0 surge in the second period.
Chicago managed to close within nine during the third period, but Philadelphia took a 14-point advantage into the final quarter and opened that period with a 13-3 run.© 2008 United Press International. All Rights Reserved.
