DURHAM, N.C., Dec. 31 (UPI) -- Josh McRoberts had 15 points and 17 rebounds Sunday as the No. 5 Duke Blue Devils pulled away in the second half for a 70-51 win over San Jose State.

DeMarcus Nelson added 13 points for the Blue Devils (12-1), who have won eight in a row since their lone loss against Marquette.

Duke extended the nation's longest non-conference home winning streak to 50 games and will be at home against Temple Tuesday, before tipping off ACC play next Saturday at home against Virginia Tech.

Carlton Spencer scored 11 points for San Jose State (1-11), which has lost five in a row.
