Moore threw a 14-yard scoring pass to Joe Newton with just 22 seconds left to cap an 18-point fourth quarter, when Oregon State rallied from a 31-21 second half deficit.
Moore threw four touchdown passes and rushed for one score; Yvenson Bernard scored once on eight receptions for 69 yards; and Moore passed for 356 yards for the Beavers (10-4), who closed with a four-game winning streak.
Moore's streak of 183 straight passes without an interception ended in the third quarter.
Chase Daniel went 16-for-29 for two touchdowns and 330 yards; Tony Temple scored twice on 20 carries for 193 yards; while Danario Alexander and Chase Coffman each caught a touchdown pass for the Tigers (8-5), who lost four of their final five games.
They trailed, 17-14, at halftime.
