GREENSBORO, N.C., Dec. 31 (UPI) -- J.J. Redick, who made six three-pointers, scored 35 points Saturday to lead top-ranked Duke to a 102-69 rout of UNC-Greensboro.

Shelden Williams added 21 points, 12 rebounds and six steals; freshman Josh McRoberts recorded 15 points, six rebounds and four assists; and Martynas Pocius added 10 points for the Blue Devils (12-0), who led by 59-37 at halftime after scoring the game's first nine points, and closed the contest with an 18-4 spurt.

Ricky Hickman posted 23 points and four assists while Kyle Hines rang up 20 points and five rebounds and Kevin Oleksiak added 14 points for the Spartans (7-6), who sank to 0-6 all-time against Duke.

The Blue Devils out-rebounded UNC-G by a 33-17 margin, shot 57.1 percent overall, and converted 27 of their 28 free throw attempts.

Duke has won its opening 12 games for the fourth time in the past five years.
