Odom collected 25 points, 13 rebounds and eight assists as the Heat rallied from a 17-point deficit for the win.
Brian Grant added 18 points and 12 rebounds for Miami, which has won eight of its last 11 games.
"I felt like they outplayed us beginning to end," Bulls coach Scott Skiles said. "We had the lead in the first half, basically because they missed layups. They had point-blank shots all over the place. They broke us down with penetration. Our pick-and-roll defense was the worst it's ever been for much of the game. Overall, we had a lack of awareness and a lack of effort on the defensive end."
The Bulls held a 56-43 rebounding advantage but were undone by poor shooting, connecting on just under 40 percent of their attempts (32-of-81).
Chicago did itself no favors at the line, sinking just 13-of-22 free throws.
