WASHINGTON, April 22 (UPI) -- Relicensing hydroelectric facilities nationwide requires the best possible scientific data to determine whether important environmental issues are at stake, industry researchers and an environmentalist said Monday. The most common environmental concerns deal with wildlife migration and water quality, they said.
