LONDON, March 10 (UPI) -- Cell phone maker Samsung has partnered with shoe giant Adidas to create a "complete coaching system" available within a phone in Britain.

Samsung said the miCoach includes more than 200 training programs, including weight loss and marathon preparation, The Telegraph reported Monday.

The device uses a heart monitor and a pedometer to track how far the user has run as well as the user's heart rate and amount of calories burned.

Music can be downloaded to the phone to play during workouts, and the device offers motivational messages -- including "Ok, let's go" and "nice work."

"MiCoach is like having your own personal coach with you on every run. A coach who knows exactly what you want to accomplish and exactly how to help you get there," the miCoach Web site reads.
