LONDON, Aug. 8 (UPI) -- The British media is unhappy with a U.S. magazine cover featuring a made-up photo of Prince Harry sitting on a throne in boxer shorts holding a can of beer.

The 22-year-old prince has had his share of embarrassing pictures taken in recent years, but Radar magazine's current cover has been retouched to add Harry's face to a male model posed in a sideways slouch beside the headline "Dirty Harry!" with an accompanying story about his partying.

Sky News royal correspondent Sarah Hughes said it's apparent the U.S. media has the same obsession with Harry and his brother William as it did for their late mother, Princess Diana.

"Prince Harry is used to seeing unflattering photos of himself in the newspapers but this fake photo is taking it to a whole new level," Hughes said.

Robert Jobson, royal correspondent for The Evening Standard, was also displeased, Sky News said.

"This is not good for Harry, it's a pretty bad show on the behalf of the magazine and it's a rude thing to do," Jobson said.
