LEEDS, England, March 24 (UPI) --
Jason Rae, the 31-year-old husband of British soul singer Corinne Bailey Rae, has been found dead in an apartment in Leeds, England.
Bailey Rae, 29, met her saxophonist husband when she worked as a coat room attendant at a jazz club in Leeds. The couple married in 2001, People.com said.
A spokesman for the West Yorkshire Police told the BBC that officers found Rae Saturday afternoon after they were called to a residence in Leeds.
A 32-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of supplying controlled drugs in connection with the case. He has since been released on bail, police said.
Results of an autopsy were inconclusive and police are awaiting the results of toxicology tests before determining the cause of Rae's death, the BBC reported.
Rae had been scheduled to perform with his band The Haggis Horns in Leeds Sunday, however, the show was canceled, People.com said.
