The Chicago Daily Southtown said the rapper, whose real name is Eric Jaglicic, and Brian Falatovich allegedly conned Falatovich's friends and family into handing over money in 2006 by falsely telling them they were producing an Adam Sandler movie.
While hundreds of thousands of dollars of the alleged stolen cash remains missing, prosecutors claim much of it was spent on luxury items since seized by authorities.
The confiscated items are expected to be sold to raise money to reimburse the victims. A list released Tuesday included high-end studio recording equipment, coin-operated arcade video games, a 650-gallon shark tank in which Jaglicic kept his pet shark and bat-ray, a hot tub with pop-up stereo and TV, three laptop computers and four large-screen HD-TVs, the newspaper said.
His $450,000 home, a Hummer sports utility vehicle and a Chrysler 300 sedan were already listed for sale.
