LOS ANGELES, Feb. 19 (UPI) -- Los Angeles Court Commissioner Scott M. Gordon reportedly has declined to reinstate troubled pop star Britney Spears' right to visit her two young sons.

Spears, 26, hasn't seen her children in more than a month. She was hospitalized for psychiatric treatment twice in January and was stripped of her visitation rights with her children after she refused to return them to their father at the end of a supervised visit.

The singer's ex-husband Kevin Federline has since had sole temporary physical and legal custody of the toddler boys.

Gordon upheld his earlier decisions regarding custody and visitation at a hearing Tuesday, E! Online reported.

The next hearing is set for March 10.
