LONDON, Dec. 30 (UPI) -- Actress Renee Zellweger has broken up with White Stripes rocker Jack White, it was reported Thursday.

The 35-year-old Texas-born actress ended her two-year relationship with the Detroit rock star about eight weeks ago, the Daily Mail reported Thursday.

"They remain good friends. There's no scandal and no new relationships," said a spokesman for Zellweger.

White had wanted Zellweger to move nearer to his Michigan home, but instead she bought houses in Connecticut and the fashionable Hamptons on Long Island.

Her previous beaus include Jim Carrey and George Clooney.
