The planters were imported from China by All-Star Marketing of Hawthorne, N.Y., and sold by the television shopping network QVC from March through April for about $30.

The company has received 347 reports of planters collapsing, including 155 reports of minor injuries, such as cuts and bruises, a CPSC release said.

Planter models M16702 and M17499 are involved in the recall. About 82,000 planters, used for tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers, were sold.

Consumers are advised to dismantle the planters immediately by first having two adults tip the planter over on its side.

Consumers were also advised to call QVC at 800-367-9444 for information on how to receive a full refund.
