U.S. retail sales dip slightly on the week

It is the second consecutive week the figure has dropped. Last week, sales fell by 0.4 percent.
On a year-over-year basis sales on the week grew by 0.5 percent, "the weakest reading since April 5, 2003," the report said.
Retailers worried clothing sales associated with Easter -- and spring weather -- were down due to the early Easter date this year, the report said.
