BANGALORE, India, May 5 (UPI) -- TechUnified has signed a deal to provide wireless customer-support functions to Saudi Telecom.
The India e-business provider will enable Saudi customers to use their cell phones to handle a variety of account administration chores, including paying bills, asking questions and even changing their phone numbers.

The system is heavy on self-service and offers a secure connection for users.
TechUnified's marketing boss, Kunal Sinha, said from Bangalore this week that the turnkey solution would both cut Saudi Telecom's overhead and improve customer satisfaction.
