SANTA ANA, Calif., Aug. 24 (UPI) -- Westlake Foods in California is recalling about 47,419 pounds of cured pork, sausage with pork ears and snouts and binder product pork skin, officials say.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service said the recall was due to misbranding and an undeclared allergen. The products contain wheat, a known allergen which is not declared on the labels, the FSIS said.
