ATLANTA, July 2 (UPI) -- Seat belt use is growing in the United States but a researcher says millions of people still risk injury and death by failing to buckle up.
Laurie Beck, a researcher at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta, said 87 percent of U.S. adults use seat belts.
