The community wellness events provide diabetes, blood pressure, cholesterol and osteoporosis screenings. They also examine patients for oral care and provide referrals for mammograms and pap smears.

Physicians are scheduled to be available to help patients interpret results and provide counsel on a patient's next steps.

The full schedule of events through September is at www.toyourhealthusa.com or 888-604-0333.
