NEW YORK, May 21 (UPI) -- Sixty-three percent of married U.S. women say they would rather do something else than have sex with their spouses, a survey indicates.

The survey by iVillage indicates some of things the married women say they would prefer to do than have sex is catch an extra hour of sleep, watch a movie or read a book.

Nonetheless, the survey says 48 percent of the married women say they married the best sex of their life, but 81 percent describe their sex life as predictable.

Thirty-two percent of the married women say they are extremely or very happy with their sex life, while 45 percent say they were happy or somewhat happy and 16 percent say they were not at all happy with their sex lives.

Sixty-two percent of the married women say they have fantasized about having sex with someone other than their spouse. One in 10 of the married women admit they have had sex with someone not their husband, the survey says.

The survey of 2,000 married women was conducted from March 22 to April 5, with 60 percent of the women with children and 40 percent had no children. No margin of error was provided.
