7 walnuts a day deliver health benefits

FORT WORTH, Texas, Nov. 21 (UPI) -- Fort Worth, Texas, has suspended adding fluoride to its drinking water because of a shortage of the chemical.
Mary Gugliuzza of the Fort Worth Water Department said that the city's supplier had no fluoride to deliver last month. Fort Worth supplies water to a dozen places outside its borders, which means almost 1 million people are getting fluoride-free water.
Fluoridating drinking water is a public health measure aimed at slowing or preventing tooth decay. Experts say that going without for a few weeks is unlikely to have long-term effects on dental health.
Other water systems in the area report no problems getting fluoride.
