NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J., March 12 (UPI) -- Johnson & Johnson said Monday it got subpoenas from three U.S. attorneys' offices related to probes into Risperdal, Topamax and Natrecor.
The subpoenas, which came from the U.S. attorney's offices in Philadelphia, Boston and San Francisco, are associated with investigations into the sales and marketing of Janssen's Risperdal, Ortho-McNeil's Topamax and Scios' Natrecor. All three manufacturers are subsidiaries of Johnson & Johnson.
"The subpoenas request information regarding Johnson and Johnson's corporate supervision and oversight of these three subsidiaries, including their sales and marketing of these drugs," J&J said in a statement.
The company said it will cooperate with the subpoena requests.
