LONDON, July 21 (UPI) -- Comedy troupe Monty Python took its final bow Sunday after performing its last show in London's O2 arena after roughly 30 years of performing.

John Cleese, Michael Palin, Terry Gilliam, Eric Idle and Terry Jones performed classic sketches including The Lumberjack Song and the Dead Parrot, which were broadcast all around the world.

The performance featured Mike Meyers and Eddie Izzard in the grand finale who performed the song "Always Look On the Bright Side of Life."
