When Joan Rivers dares you to do something for her 80th birthday, you don't have much choice but to take the dare.

At least that's what happened when Rivers, the "Fashion Police" host, dared Giuliana Rancic to strip down for the broadcast of "E! News."

Rancic, who co-hosted this Sunday's Miss USA pageant, took Rivers up on the challenge, although she said producers wouldn't let her go totally bare: She appeared with three black "censor" bars blocking her birthday suit from view.
