Mackenzie Standifer says wedding to Ryan Edwards was 'best day ever'

Nov. 22 (UPI) -- Mackenzie Standifer is opening up about her wedding to Ryan Edwards.

The 20-year-old television personality detailed her "amazing" nuptials in an interview with E! News after tying the knot with the 29-year-old Teen Mom OG star for a second time.

"It was amazing. It was the best day ever," she gushed. "Everything went so smoothly. It could not have gone any better."

Standifer and Edwards originally married at a secret ceremony in May prior to Edwards entering rehab. The couple wed again at a church ceremony Saturday with their family and friends in attendance.

"They were so cute," Standifer said of Hudson, her son with ex-husband Zachary Stephens, and Bentley, Edwards' son with ex-fiancée and Teen Mom OG star Maci Bookout.

"This just felt like the actual wedding," she added. "That's the anniversary that we will be using, in November. It does feel different, it does feel legit. It's like what I've always dreamed of."

Standifer and Edwards have yet to share photos from their wedding, although Standifer did post a picture with friends Nov. 11 from the rehearsal dinner.

"Rehearsal dinner ft. my girls! (Minus @alivingston11, missed you!!!)," she captioned the snapshot.

Edwards and Bookout came to fame on the MTV series 16 & Pregnant before starring on Teen Mom. Bookout continues to star on the show, with Edwards and Standifer also making appearances.
