Olivia Munn joins Season 2 of History's 'Six'

July 13 (UPI) -- Newsroom and X-Men: Apocalypse actress Olivia Munn is to co-star in Season 2 of History's drama series, Six.

Munn's character Gina is described in press notes as "a ruthless and smart CIA operative."

Production on the show's 10-episode, second season is scheduled to begin this month in Vancouver. The series is inspired by the real missions of Navy SEAL Team Six, the U.S. military unit best known for killing terror mastermind Osama Bin Laden.

Among the returning cast members of Six are Barry Sloane, Kyle Schmid, Juan Pablo Raba, Edwin Hodge, Brianne Davis, Nadine Velazquez, Dominic Adams, Jaylen Moore and Lindsley Register.
