April 21 (UPI) -- Anne Hathaway teamed up with James Corden Thursday to perform a soundtrack found in a romantic comedy on The Late Late Show.

The segment, which also featured the duo acting out a love story set to the music, featured 12 songs and nine different set changes with no breaks in between.

Hathaway got things started by singing "Holding Out for a Hero" from Footloose before bumping into and falling for Corden who sang Doris Troy's "Just One Look."

Things got hot and heavy inside an elevator to Selena Gomez's "Hands to Myself" before the actress and late night host shared a nice evening at the park while performing Sixpence None the Richer's "Kiss Me."

As the onscreen relationship evolved, the duo sang Jason Mraz's "I'm Yours" before Hathaway broke into Biz Markie's "Just a Friend" after discovering that Corden was talking to another woman followed by Eric Carmen's "All By Myself" and John Denver's "Leaving On a Jet Plane" as she left her partner behind.

Determined to win her back, Corden chased after Hathaway singing The Proclaimers' "I'm Gonna Be (500 Miles)" before reuniting with the Les Miserables star for Al Green's "Let's Stay Together."
