'Superior Donuts,' 'Life in Pieces' among CBS' 18 renewals for 2017-18

March 24 (UPI) -- CBS says it has renewed 18 series for the 2017-18 television season.

Additional pick-ups for next season are expected to be announced at a later date, the network said.

So far, The Big Bang Theory, Blue Bloods, Bull, Hawaii Five-0, Kevin Can Wait, Life in Pieces and MacGyver are confirmed to return.

Also renewed are Madam Secretary, Man with a Plan, Mom, NCIS, NCIS: New Orleans, Scorpion, Superior Donuts, Survivor, 48 Hours and 60 Minutes.

The futures of Training Day, Criminal Minds, Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders, Doubt and Elementary have not yet been officially revealed.
