"I know you think you are in shape, but these instructors are gonna beat you down," Corden warned Hudson as they stretched.

Corden replied, "These instructors are a nightmare. They made Dwayne Johnson cry. The Rock, they made the Rock cry."

The duo, decked out in colorful workout clothes and headbands, then proceeded to jump, shake, run to the wall and collapse on the floor repeatedly on cue with their young dance instructors as Natalie Imbruglia's "Torn" played on in the background.

The comedic dance session came to a close after Corden suggested a break which consisted of Corden and Hudson taking a nap on the floor with blankets and pillows.
