'Broad City' stars Abbi Jacobson, Ilana Glazer announce Season 4 start date on social media

LOS ANGELES, Dec. 8 (UPI) -- Broad City's Abbi Jacobson and Ilana Glazer took to social media Wednesday to announce the start date for Season 4 of their hit Comedy Central series.

"DRUMROLL PLZ. Broad City S4 is comin at ya summer 2017. #BC4," noted the official Twitter account of Broad City alongside a video of Jacobson and Glazer confirming that Season 4 will debut in August of 2017.

"We're coming in raw and hard in August," the pair joke in the clip. "It's gonna be, seriously, like so good."

The August premiere date differs from the last three seasons of the show which premiered during the winter season with Season 3 beginning in February.

The pair had Hillary Clinton appear on the show last season in the midst of her presidential campaign.
