Sources said Williams proposed with a three-carat diamond ring Saturday and celebrated with his bride-to-be at Scarpetta restaurant afterward. Frazier hinted at the engagement in an Instagram post Monday.

"Best walk. Best view. Forever in my heart!" she captioned a clip of herself on the Brooklyn Bridge.

Frazier and Williams, who hail from Houston, Texas, have reportedly known each other for years. The couple are said to have reconnected after Frazier moved back to Houston earlier this year.
