NEW YORK, Oct. 25 (UPI) -- Ricky Gervais explained his problems with getting older in graphic detail Monday during a game of Random People, Random Questions on The Tonight Show.

"I don't know where to start. I wake up in the morning now and go, 'Oh God I didn't die," Gervais explained to host Jimmy Fallon after they asked by a fan "What's the worst thing about getting older?"

"I've got a stiff back and stiff legs. I'm losing the hair. It's all bad," he continued before Fallon asked him to pick just one thing.

"Pendulous testicles," the 55-year-old responded to the shock of Fallon and Tonight Show drummer Questlove, who was seen almost spitting out his water.

"Honestly. I'm hoping to live long enough to actually trip over them. I didn't realize until I was 50 that testicles float in the bath," Gervais noted amongst laughter and Fallon's shocked face.

"They look like a couple of little hot air balloons taking off from the forrest," he described.

To end the game, Fallon and Gervais were then asked "What's the best thing to say to someone in the middle of a hug," at which point the pair got up to embrace each other.

"I love you," Fallon whispered while Gervais asked, "Why are we both carrying cucumbers in our pockets?"
