The finale, which featured the plane Juliette Barnes (Hayden Panettiere) was flying on go missing before she made it back home to her ex-husband and child, left fans wanting a more proper sendoff.

The tweet comes after the studio previously noted on the social media site that they were in "numerous talks" with other networks to find Nashville a new home after ABC canceled the musical drama.

Members of the cast kept hope alive for Nashville to continue as well with star Sam Palladio (Gunnar Scott) tweeting alongside a selfie with co-star Aubrey Peeples (Layla Grant), "We love you #Nashies. Me and @aubreypeeples are sad for #NashvilleFinale. But there's still hope...."
