NEW YORK, Feb. 25 (UPI) -- Ariana Grande will both host and perform as the musical guest on Saturday Night Live in March.
The "Focus" singer and Scream Queens actress announced the news on her website Thursday, saying "I'm having a minor heart attack, and by minor I mean a major one."
"I'm so excited to be hosting and performing on SNL on March 12," she said in a voice message on the new online hub for her upcoming album Dangerous Woman.
Grande will perform the Dangerous Woman title track, as well as her song "Be Alright," she announced.
"Very excited to announce @ArianaGrande will be doing double duty as host and musical guest on March 12!," NBC's SNL Twitter account wrote Thursday.
This will be the first time the 22-year-old celebrity will host the show. She appeared as musical guest during SNL's 40th season, with Chris Pratt as host.
