TNT renews 'The Librarians,' 'Murder in the First' and 'Major Crimes'

ATLANTA, Dec. 16 (UPI) -- TNT says it has renewed its dramas The Librarians, Major Crimes and Murder in the First.

The cable television network has ordered 15 episodes for the third season of the Rebecca Romijn-led fantasy series The Librarians to air next fall.

The procedurals Major Crimes and Murder in the First will return next summer with 10 fresh episodes apiece.

Major Crimes, starring Mary McDonnell, G.W. Bailey and Tony Denison, will be back for its fifth season, while Murder in the First with Taye Diggs and Kathleen Robertson will return for its third season.
