LOS ANGELES, Oct. 13 (UPI) -- Media mogul Oprah Winfrey is to appear on Thursday's edition of the syndicated chat show Dr. Phil.

The program's producers said the pair share memories from their 20-year friendship and working relationship during their visit, which has already been taped.

"I wanted you to come on television and do for the other people what you had done for me. How you allowed me to see a deeper part of myself," Winfrey said on-air of why she invited Dr. Phil McGraw to be a regular contributor on The Oprah Winfrey Show before he got his own series.

Winfrey also will be seen on his show this week talking about what her life is like today running her OWN cable network. She will offer a sneak preview of her upcoming, seven-part OWN documentary series Belief, as well.
