LOS ANGELES, Oct. 7 (UPI) -- Matt Damon and Kim Kardashian spoofed The Martian on Tuesday's episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

The 44-year-old actor, who starred as astronaut Mark Watney in the Ridley Scott sci-fi drama, and 34-year-old reality star created a trailer for the fake sequel Stuck in Uranus on the talk show.

The parody sees Damon reprise Watney, with DeGeneres as the head of N.A.S.A. and Kardashian as an expert on Uranus. "Whatever happens, tell the world, tell my family that I never stopped fighting to get off of Uranus," the actor deadpanned.

The Martian opened in theaters Oct. 2, and topped the North American box office with $55 million over the weekend. The movie follows Watney as he attempts to survive on and escape Mars, and co-stars Jessica Chastain and Michael Pena.

Damon is scheduled for The Great Wall with Pedro Pascal, Downsizing with Reese Witherspoon, and an untitled Jason Bourne sequel. Kardashian recently returned on E! series Keeping Up with the Kardashians, which airs Sundays at 9 p.m. ET.
