Lena Duhnam dons wig in first look from 'Scandal' guest role

LOS ANGELES, March 6 (UPI) -- The first photos of Lena Dunham in her forthcoming Scandal role surfaced online Thursday, featuring the actress in a shoulder-length brown wig with bangs.

Dunham, 28, will guest star on the March 19 episode of the ABC legal drama. While the details of her role remain unknown, the stills from the the episode find her at the headquarters of Olivia Pope and Associates.

As soon as the official images were released, the self proclaimed Scandal super-fan shared a behind-the-scenes photo from the set on Instagram.

The photos come hand in hand with news that Dan Bucatinsky will return to the show in a series of flashbacks. His character, James Novak, the husband of Vice President Cyrus Beene, was killed in the third season of the show.
